  1. ​How do I book a party hire kit or an All Day Incursion Kit?
    Simply fill out our online Booking Form or email us at info@lilkidzconstructions.com.au and provide us with your preferred date, number of expected participants and your ideas about the event. 

     

  2. What is the payment process for Party Kits?
    - A deposit/kit hire Bond of $150 is required to be paid to secure your booking and is non-refundable if party is cancelled.     
    - You'll receive an invoice prior to your booking to pay for the kit hire in full.  Payment must be received by the day before the booking otherwise the kit will not be supplied.  
    - Once the kit has been returned and checked in you will be refunded the deposit/bond to your nominated bank account.  

     

  3. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
    In the event of needing to cancel the booking, you can have first right to re-schedule to the next available date.  Should no date be available and you wish to cancel, a refund of the kit hire will be refunded to you, less the $150 non-refundable deposit to your nominated bank account. 

     

  4. How are the bricks kept clean?
    After each use, we sanitise all the boxes and bricks ready for next booking. 

     

  5. What Areas are Serviced?
    NSW - Central Coast, Newcastle & Morisset.  â€‹â€‹
