COVID Safe Policy

The purpose of the Lil Kidz Constructions COVID Safe Policy is to provide clear information to parents and customers on what we’re doing to project children, parents and all attendees to any of our parties or hosted entertainment events. 

 

What we will be doing:

  • All equipment brought to parties and events will be sprayed / wiped down / cleaned prior to all events. 

  • All host’s attending parties and events will wash / sanitise hands before the start of each event and would have completed COVID Safe Training.

  • If host is unwell prior to a booked party or event you will be advised at the earliest time possible for the party or event to be re-scheduled.
    Note: Were re-scheduling is not possible any monies paid to Lil Kidz Constructions, less the booking deposit of $120 will be refunded. 

 

How Parties & Events are structured:

  • We are only offering 1hr or 1.5hr party packages.

  • A maximum of 16 participants (excluding household members & Host). 

  • Adults attending must always adhere to the 4 square meter social distancing regulation.   

  • A maximum of 50 people in a hired café, restaurant, club or hired community venue hall. 

  • A party must be held in a space that allows the 4 square metre rule per guest.

  • Its recommended to host the party activity in the back yard of private residences where possible.  No grassed areas.  Must be covered hard surface area.

  • Social distancing will be adhered to by the party host.

  • All children will be asked to wash or sanitise their hands before the start of the activity.

  • No food or drink allowed to be consumed during the activity.  We also ask that all refreshments be away from the party area.  Any children eating while the activity is underway will be asked to leave the area until finished.  Hands must be sanitised before re-joining the activity.

  • No group photos are to be taken.

  • Games and activities within the party space may vary for guest’s safety where entertainment host sees fit. 

  • All payments must be made in full via EFT prior to the party.  No cash payments. 

 

 

Host Responsibilities:

Our party and entertainment hosts are fully trained by Lil Kidz Constructions.  All our hosts are fully committed to deliver to fun and interactive experiences in a safe environment.  To ensure the safety of all participants and attendee’s, our hosts will follow the Lil Kidz Constructions COVID Safe Policy, whilst adhering to the additional precautions:

  • Confirm guest number upon arrival.

  • Discuss party space and structure with the customer prior to set up.

  • Ensure hands are washed / sanitised before entering the residence or venue.

  • Ensure social distancing measures are being practised throughout the while event.
    Note: All hosts have the right to remind guests of the social distancing measures and may ask to move away from the activity area.

  • Conduct the activity in a space friendly area.

  • Not include any group photos.

 

Customers Responsibilities:

We want your child’s party or event to fun, interactive and safe.  To ensure the safety of our host and your guests, we ask that you please read and observe the following requirements:

  • A maximum of 20 people (excluding household members & the host) including children and adults in a private residence.

  • A maximum of 50 people including children and adults in a café, restaurant, club or hired community hall. 

  • The party must be held in a space large enough to adhere to the 4 square metre rule per guest.

  • The party will be held in an outdoor space where possible (No grass – must be covered hard surface area).

  • If the party/event is being held in a café, restaurant, club or hired community venue the host is to be given a large open space to run the activities that allows for social distancing and is a minimum of 2 metres away from adults.

  • Children remain the responsibility of their parents or carers. 

  • Children will be encouraged to practice social distancing. 

  • Any children behaving in an inappropriate or unsafe manner will be managed by the party booking host / customer. 

  • We recommend all children are told in advance they will be unable to hug or hi-five the host to avoid disappointment.

  • Hosts at no point are to be treated as care givers. 

  • Hosts are not to be asked to breach this COVID Safe Policy or state laws.

  • Customers are to notify Lil Kidz Constructions immediately by phone, text or email immediately should they become aware of any of the party/event attendees testing positive to COVID19. 

  • All payments must be made in full via EFT prior to the party.  No cash payments accepted.
